"Yoga is not about touching your toes. It is about what you learn on the way down." - Jigar Gor
About Me
Sandy Graham has been teaching Hatha yoga for nearly a decade, guiding students toward balance through practices rooted in the rhythms of nature. His approach integrates traditional yogic wisdom with ancient Celtic tree lore and lunar cycles, creating classes that honor both body and spirit.
Influenced by shamanic traditions and a deep connection to the natural world, Sandy’s teaching invites students to move with the seasons rather than against them. Each class is thoughtfully designed to align with the current energies of the Ogham tree calendar, bringing a unique dimension to the practice.
